TEMPORARY 3 MissouriNTH POSITION .WASHINGTON, INDIANA Case Manager performs case management and supportive services with families and children participating in Intensive Homebased program, family preservation programming, wraparound services and SED waivered services. The case manager will work with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric clients who are mentally ill, chemically dependent, dually diagnosed or mentally ill with mental retardation /developmental disabilities.
