Provides compassionate service and respects the personal dignity of patients, public and co-workers in a spirit of cooperation. Assists the professional nursing staff in the provision of direct and indirect patient care within the Emergency Department. Always works under the direction of physicians and licensed registered nursing personnel. Educational Experience High school diploma required. Current N-RPM in state of Florida-Paramedic; maintains renewal. Is registered in the National Registry as N-Rpm or must obtain registration within 12 months of hire. ACLS, PALS, and BCLS certifications required; maintains renewal. One year healthcare experience and field experience.
