Responsible for an ongoing and effectively organized shift/ unit which provides age appropriate nursing care to patients through use of the nursing process in accordance with Hutcheson Medical Center's Plan for the Provision of Nursing Care, Standards of Care, and Standards of Practice. Ensures appropriate staff, supplies, and equipment available to meet needs of unit. Ensures an environment which fosters the continuous assessment and improvement of the quality of age appropriate care and service provided.
