Performs the duties of Pharmacist as prescribed by state and federal statutes as well as hospital policies. Prepares and dispenses medication; assesses clinical status of patients (neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics). Provides drug information to the medical team. Educates patients. Previous hospital Pharmacy experience preferred.
