POSITION The registerd professional nurse is responsible for the delivery of oordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients and for the day-to-day management and supervision of the related clinical activities withing the area of the Nurse's tour of duty. The registered nurse is also repsonsible for supervising and responsiblity directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel utilizing both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgement.
