Practice Site Supervisor

Responsible for supervising, directing and scheduling the personnel of OSFMG physician office Evaluates the overall performance of individuals towards delivery of high quality medical care and effective business operations Works towards the smooth integration of functions of the front desk office staff, the clinical staff, and the ancillary staff, to assure coordination of efforts and maximum productivity. Responsible for recommending, implementing, and administering budgets, policies, and procedures for the practice Maintains cooperative working relationships with physicians, midlevel providers, OSFMG Site/ Practice Managers, Medical Center personnel, other OSF entities, and external agencies and organizations
